Amenities
Beyond the threshold of each residence are social spaces that foster community, nurture wellness and
inspire the imagination. The lobby leads to the library and children’s playroom where environments
sequence and gradate into cozy, multi-purpose spaces with window seats that look out onto Grand Army
Plaza. The library is set for gatherings, or solitary working, and cozy chairs long for casual conversations
over chess moves and quality time with friends.

Space to stretch, sweat and put yourself, your wellbeing and your body first
The rooftop is a wild and landscaped vision of hidden alcoves and secret gardens,
where an edible landscape of herbs and fruits ask to be included in the next batch of
home-cooking. ODA has re-imagined the expected to cultivate intimacy, connection and
play, with a reverence for beauty and elegant design principles.

Steeped in history - a look at the amenities of the past
Built by William Kennedy Construction Inc. with Benedict stone and terra cotta work, One Prospect Park West was once a clubhouse with an auditorium, restaurant, billiard room, bowling alley and pool. This playful spirit is carried into the secret gardens, outdoor kitchens, fitness rooms, children’s play area, library and private art gallery of today.

Workstead
The success of Workstead undoubtedly hangs on the accomplishment of their talented team of principals and designers. Workstead is a collective of creatives, architects and artists who collaborate to produce work that is both functional and iconic. As a design studio based in Brooklyn, Hudson Valley and Charleston, they celebrate utility, form and material strength, with projects that include the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, the Rivertown Lodge in Hudson, the Dewberry in Charleston and, of course, One Prospect Park West.
The Hudson Company
Founded in 1995, The Hudson Company is a FSC certified custom mill specializing in reclaimed wood flooring, paneling and beams. Their dedicated team of craftspeople have partnered with Workstead to deliver beautiful flooring and paneling, hewn straight from 300-year-old trees from New York’s Hudson Valley.
